Dr. Johnson develops and conducts learning programs on employee selection. He teaches leaders at all levels how to hire best-fit employees. He has led the staffing function for a Fortune 500 company and researched hiring practices. His research, which investigated methods of attracting employees with specific work behaviors to apply for a job, is published in the Journal of Management Development. He is the Managing Partner of The OASYS Group and has over three decades of experience in staffing and organizational development.
